Are walk up registrations allowed?
Yes, walk-up registrations are allowed but please call in advance to ensure there is space available. You can pay the day camp starts. Payments in person can be made with cash, card or money order. Please bring your insurance card. You will need to arrive with enough time to fill out paperwork before camp starts.

What time is registration?
Team Camp: Monday, June 19 from 8 - 9:00 a.m.
Girl’s Skills Camp: Wednesday, June 21 from 2 - 4:00 p.m.
Elite Camp: Saturday, June 24 from 1 - 1:45 p.m.
Lion Cub Camp: Monday, June 26 from 7:30 – 9 a.m.
Boy’s Skills Camp: Wednesday, June 28 from 2 - 4:00 p.m.

What do I need to bring?
Commuter campers: proper basketball attire, gym shoes, money for concessions, water bottle
Overnight campers: twin sheets (or sleeping bag), pillow, toiletries, shower shoes, proper basketball attire for duration of camp, gym shoes, water bottle, money for concessions
**Campers will be responsible for their possessions while at camp.
**Please do not send campers with valuable items you do not want to get lost. 

Can parents stay & watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch their camper.

Do I need to bring food for camp?
Commuter campers: Lunch and an afternoon snack is included
Overnight campers: 2 meals per day are included, along with an afternoon snack; Snacks & drinks can be stored in dorm rooms.
Elite Camp: Lunch will be provided for all campers.
**For campers and parents that stay & watch camp, concessions will have lunch & dinner for sale
Do I need to bring money for camp?
Campers can bring money to buy drinks, snacks and gear during camp. There will be a camp bank for overnight campers to keep cash safe throughout the day. Camp concessions will have drinks, snacks and gear available for purchase during the day.

My deposit has been paid. When is my final payment due?
Your final camp payment will be processed 1 week before camp begins. You will be notified via email 36-72 hours in advance. If you wish to move the final payment date up, please contact us at [email protected] or 484-365-7308.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received at least 1 week prior to the start of each camp. If a last-minute injury occurs, you must notify the camp director at least 24 hours prior to the start of camp to be eligible for a refund.

Deposits & online processing fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
